We are seeking motivated and knowledgeable sales representatives with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, particularly in the construction or related industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of premium tiles and sanitary wares and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, including contractors, builders, and architects.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence.
• Provide expert advice on product selection, features, and benefits to clients.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with a strong background in the construction or related industry.
  Strong existing network and relationships with leading Developers, Architects and Civil engineers
  In-depth knowledge of premium tiles and sanitary wares.
  proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
